Solution to Pad Wiggle - Hardware Update

Thought I'd share this. The pad wiggle on my kit was more than I cared for. Upon closer examination I realized the tom arms were Aluminum so I ordered a set of steel Alan wrenches from McMaster Carr (Tool supply site online) and replaced the Aluminum ones with these> Night and day difference. I think they were <$7 each.
I also used a DW snare arm to "Boom" my snare pad in, freeing up the floor space for my Line 6 M7 multi-effects and my Keith McMillen 12 step Midi pedals.[size=78%]file:///Volumes/reekNhavok/Pictures/2Box%20%233.jpg[/size]
