Atv artist, help needed 🙏

Hi all,
I recently sold my mimic pro and purchased the drumit 3. Hooked it all up and I'm missing 2 cymbals. Tried to calibrate the hihat with a Roland vh10 ( as I new id need a converter for my atv hats) and the raw won't change in the calibration process. I have an open hihat sound whatever I do and whatever setting I use to calibrate it.

I also have one of 2 crashes triggering, the other doesn't register a hit on the module at all. Tried different leads etc but is this a setting I'm missing or a faulty module? I'm at a brick wall.
