Title: roland mds12 rackstand
Post by: roel on October 23, 2009, 05:54:14 PM
I have a question:

About the drumit five pads and cymbals, are they compatible with a roland mds-12 rack?
I think the drumit five bassdrum seems to be a problem?

I think the hex tom holders will work. Critical point is the question whether you can lower the second horizontal bar in order to attach the bassdrum there. Give it a try at the Feedback shop

nope but i am using some roland pads with the 2box module. works like a charme.
And the KD-8 kick from Roland is a lot quieter and sturdier than the 2box one.
If you dont like the 2box rack i would recommend using a Roland rack with the 2box module and the 3box pads (without the kick)
And get a real hihat machine and snarestand.

I've heard from drumtec-de that the drumit five set is fully compatible with the roland td12 mds rack.
so that's great news if you don't like the 2box rack.
