i was going to plug my 2box into the computer and take some youtube clips i got off youtube of some toms and a bass as well as a snare (Tama STAR) and format to wav. And put them on tue correct pads. But the manual says to layer samples.

How do i do Layering of samples???

This may sound blunt but start reading the manual and this forum. Getting samples from Youtube is not the way. Layered samples is a collecting of samples created under the same condition.
