Not only do they reply on e-mails on Sunday evenings (Wooooooot !!  ) but they send me a replacement part for my hihat clamp in the same week. I'm so happy!

The internal screw thread bus came loose when changing the position of the old clamp.

Those alu parts are quite sensible. When I wrenged a tomholder with to much force on my ordinary non-2box racktubes, it exploded in 3 pieces
