Title: Complete 2 Box Midi Layout - Is there such?

i am still trying to get the hi hat and the cymbals work with superiour drummer and the evil joe barresi kit.

i wonder if there is such as a complete midi layout, i mean what the hi hat sends in every single position?

then it would pe pretty easy to program the hihat is SD.
