Nope. You might be able to build some dsnds from Westgate Studios Modular Series Timpani though:

I'm not sure though if it would work with the free Kontakt player, or if it would require the full Kontact package.

Maybe you could dig up some soundfonts featuring timpani's.
Depending on how often you use them in a given piece and the quality you need, if you just need the odd timpani-hit, you might get away with it!
