USB interface not working on PC?

When I connect the 2Box to either of my Windows 7 PCs, I get the message "You need to format this disk before it can be used."

If I remove the 32GB SD card and plug it directly into a card reader, these same 2 PCs read the card just fine.  So, the only variable seems to be the 2Box's USB interface. 

However, my Mac recognizes the card fine.  Just curious if anyone has seen anything similar, or has any troubleshooting ideas.

The 2box USB connection doesn't work with 32bg cards - hence the need for the card extender. You can only use USB with the stock card.

Thanks for the info.  I missed that.

even if you can get it to mount from the USB port of the module, attempting to modify a card larger than 4 GB will corrupt the contents.
