Mix!- no line in.

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find the best way to record with my setup. I have to 2 line in on my sound card so I plug the output 1 and 2 on them.  Set the outputs to Mix! so it it not affected my the headphone fader and a fix volume.

What troubles me is that I'm using the line in to monitor my DAW and I find no option of disabling the line in to the 1+2 outputs. So with that creates a recording loop. I know I can disable the line in to the SUB, but how can I mix this out put? Right now my main mix is all set, that why I use the "Mix!" to record.

What I can do now is monitor my DAW using a split on my headphones but that not an optimal solution.

Any advice are most welcomed!

i don't really understand your 'problem'.

record the 'submix', the levels are the same as the 'mix' bus anyway.
