Yes you think? Its very polite and kind from mister Bengt that he personally handles this, but I think its very POOR support. The local stores should have the means to do this kind of support. But till now they dont get many (spare)parts from 2box or the national distributors.

Well, you can blame them for the dodgy hardware (after almost 3 years, hopefully all problems are solved soon so they can mass produce them). But, they know it has some problems, and they want to make the users happy. A big advantage for us is that there  is only one product.

I usually don't expect much support from the shop.

Still waiting till mine 2box arrives  :patbat2box:
