Murgen,  in the states we use something called Goof Off that we use to take off residue from surfaces that have had labels on them, two way tape, etc.

Anybody selling Jman( Stealthdrums).3 zone with choke cymbal triggers for full function with 2 box . I have an 18 ride , a 16 Crash ride, and a 14 crash ride

Hi Folks . Is the 2Box Drumit 5 Mk2 Module and the Roland CY-15 fully compatible . The Module accomodates bell, bow, edge, and choke. Does the Roland Cy-15R and 16 R-T Ride Cymbals operate with all those functions when plugged into 2 box 5mk2 module?.

Hi Anders. Yes they have been working flawlessly for about 9 years  and 2 went at  once . Maybe I am blaming the actual triggers for a module setting that I am not aware of? Going to check my settings . My 14 inch works fine but my 16 and 18 both dont have chokes that work!

Anybody have a fix for choke assembly on Jman Stealth 3 zone Cymbal Triggers. I get bow, edge, and bell but no choke? Anybody?

Just to touch all the bases. , a couple of questions. One , are you unlocking your hi hat with the wing nut?  Secondly, are you depressing the hi hat pedal all the way down first and then slowly bring it a to a position that will work then hit the button twice. To get the module to read done. I have struggled withus myself . I dont think there is anything wrong with your module . also maje sure your hi hat cables are all the way in . You can even unplug and replug with the module on or off and try again!

Glad you found it! What is tough with these problems is that there can be so many different factors that can cause the same problem

After you try Welsh Steve's suggestion of using a different kick setting and hopefully it fixes your problem, you can maybe at that time back off your tension a little, not sloppy soft, on your kick batter head since you said you liked the feeling of a softer head!

Hi Everybody! What cymbal triggers are you guys using with low volume cymbals? I probably wouldn't buy pre made electronic ones as I could install them myself . Ride would be 3 Zone with choke  and the rest bow, edge , choke? With 2 Box Module of course!

Great suggestions from Welsh Steve. Sometimes there are a combination of things that may contribute to one problem and it is a trial by error. Also there is that suggestion to be patient( which I hate to hear, lol!) I am sure you will figure it out. I wonder if any drum companys would give you a return policy for a short 30 day period so you could try another trigger?

Great what heads are you using? If they aremo Silent Strokes they definitely a super bouncy head,  especially cranked tight! Drum Tec Real Feels or r Zed Triple Plys . Both 3 ply heads . An even cheaper but decent triple is Prism. Giod luck. I still dont like htnose Ddrum triggers but if you can get them rivht with a changed head you dont have to spend a lot of money now
Never thought of it but what beater are you using on your kick pedal. Could be as simple as thebeater or adjustments on your pedal. Mess around with that even before by a different head

Check the head tension, ot might need to be cracked up a little. Also, and not a shot at ddrum, could be the trigger, try one off another drum if you have one

Thanks Anders. Keep me posted please and Happy New Year brother!
