I use ZILDJIAN ANTI-VIBE Series SUPER 5A Nylon.

I like long sticks and Nylon is needed IMO for mesh head. Tree trunk are not needed for E-Kit as well.
And I'm a big fan of Anti-Vibe series, I have 4 different pairs of them.

Super 5A from Zildjian. They are about 1/2 inch longer and somewhat ticker than regular 5A.

i wanted to add that guys it is vital for the life of your mesh head, to play with nylon tip(for those who dont know it). if you have a wood tip that its head isnt in the best condition, then the mesh wont last.

Always preferred 7A for feel.  Nice thing I find about E kits, you don't need a truncheon to
get the extra volume.

Still sometimes use 5A or similar to get a little "extra exercise" - then the 7A's feel just that
little bit easier to handle.

Other sticks which I like.....  Carbosticks 7A and the Techra 'Cool Jazz' model, both make a nice
alternative and are really different feeling.  Carbosticks feel really rigid, rapid transmission of
the vibes.  The Techra have a real 'spring' to them.

BUT - my favourite sticks of all are Tiger Sticks.  They were a freebie with something (from the
Wembley Drum Centre I think).  They have no number.  They look like a 5A but they're even
lighter than a 7A.  They're probably cr@p - but they are a dream to play on the 2box, they just
float round the kit.
