As long as your parts are replaced, it is ok,right?

Yes.  I think the rack is reasonably well designed, and solid when assembled correctly.  I just happened to get a few bad parts with mine.  It happens.

I'm happy it has been sorted out, that is how it is supposed to work. And it is a solid rack as you just said. However, I'm not sure how it will keep when moved around a lot.

I would agree about mobility... for me it's not important, as my 2box kit is exclusively a studio tool.  It that wasn't the case, I would probably be considering finding another solution.
