How much you have to turn up your volume? Cause when I put in my headphones its quite until I turn it up to three-fourths off the maximum.
is there anything wrong with my kit or is this normal??

depends on which headphones u are using, my 70 ohm sennheiser hd-25 are really loud while my 600 ohm akg 240df are not...since the headphones are driven by the headphone amplifier in the unit, the output you get will depend on their load...
