First I always seem to sound negative when it comes to the stand but now with the reason... mine set came without the L-shaped holder for tom (there was only two in box, one bigger than other WTF! ) & hi-hat broke down before even trying it out :( luckely i had a spare one from old acoustic set...
After 2 hours of fighting with chinese made parts :( the moment i start playing the drums everything was forgiven & forgotten ;D Got to say that this is one awsome set of drums. THANK YOU 2BOX!!!

Hi ber0ni
When you say that the hi-hat broke down, could you give me some more details?
Glad that you are enjoying your kit after your initial set back.
Thanks
Scott
The drums are awesome but the Hi-Hat stand broked from inside ....the clip that's holding the spring broke down ....so there wasn't any tension between the pedal and pad. I didn't had time last night to try & fix it so i used my old hi-hat stand...which works great with 2box hi-hat pad ;)
Also my package included only 2 L-shaped holders for toms (1 was bigger than the other) & after small adjustement i was able to connect the toms to the stand.
I have only one question..is the beater of basspedal supposed to hit the padded surface just above the middle of the kickpad? Thanks!

Yes, it's supposed to hit the padded area, and make sure you don't hit the sensor (small, round black thingy right in the middle), 'cause that will eventually destroy it. Have banging those drums!
Thanks Simpan! The more i play it the more u love it :patbat2box:
YES !
I've got mine yesterday ! (ordered in september)
My first impression is good.
The feeling is much better than when I tried the TD-12.
As puttenvr said, the stand LOOKS cheap, but it does perfectly
it's job. It doesn't move of an inch when playing.
I use my own bass drum pedal, snare stand and hi-hat stand.
I tried the 2box hi-hat stand, it's not very good, but not as unplayable
as I heard, once you've calibrated the hi-hat.
In fact, I think it depends : for playing basic rock or death metal,
it will do its job, but for people used to play jazz or using subtle
variations, I think no electronic hi-hat (Roland , Yamaha or 2Box)
will satisfy them.
I'm very happy with my kit, and I'm gonna play, play, play, and play again.
Merry Christmas !!!!!

Unfortunately I still didn't get my set. Ber0ni, did you buy yours straight from Soundata? Do you know anything about how many sets arrived in Finland and were all of those sold already?
I got my kit yesterday and I am right now try to build it up.(http://
I wonder what screw I'm supposed to have for the module, how it looks like?
Is it one of these? Thanks!
Hi Westerlu77
I am on my phone, so I can't see the picture to well, but they look like the correct screws for the unit.
Regards
Scott
The thing is that one is thread all the way up , do you say so? And the other one just half thread.

westerlu77, were any of the other screws the same as the one with the thread half way up?
Sorry that i can't give you a straight answer here, but it has been a while since i had to assemble a kit, and i am trying to remember which one's we used for the Unit! :-[
Could any of the new DrumIt owners that have recently put their stand together, let westerlu know which one's are the correct screws?
Thanks
Scott
It's solved. You need the screw with thread all the way up. There is just two of them.I had also been placed one of these two screw in a holder. It's a little bit late in the evening:) One more question. How do save your gain pref. for exampel? I have changed altough I set save mode. As soon as the module is in off it has not changed.
Hi westerlu77
Wow i really got that wrong didn't i....sorry about that. I think i need to assemble the rack stand again, to refresh my memory!
Ok you need to make sure that your save option is switched on. Here are the steps:
Press the UNIT button, and navigate using the PAGE DOWN button until you get to the PREF page. Within that menu you need to make sure that your save option is set to ON
Does that solve your issue?
Thanks
Scott
No! But when you have made your setting for exampel change gain, which buttom do you press next?

Those are the screws, but with my kit they were 2mm to long! Even the manual warns for not using to long screws, why are they delivering 2 screws which are to long ha ha? Has to do with damaging the circuits inside.
I solved this by using a total of 2x2 spacerrings. Makes the fit better and stronger also.
Hello
Once you have set the module to save mode (like scott stated above), do the following to save the any settings that you then make:
go to UNIT > MIX page > "SAVE?" should be the top left option, so now press the button above this to save your settings.
Hope that helps
Neil
I have no idea where did all sets went...been to soundata last time 3 months ago & they said that new sets will arrive in january... I bought mine from Thomann and it took only 4 days to arrive from Germany to my home ;)

Hi Guys,
Just to let you know the first shipment of 2Box kits were sold out straight away I think, and even some people who pre-ordered did not get one. This is the second shipment, and so you can imagine that much of them will have been promised to people who pre-ordered months ago.
I pre-ordered from Andertons in the U.K (who might have some stock left) months ago to make sure I got one in this shipment and didn't have to wait till next year - if the first order sold so quickly I thought that the same would happen again which it probably will...
