Metronome and Song togehter?

Is it really not possible to use the metronom and the song player together?

not the internal metronome , but you can have a stereo file with clic on left and a mono track on the right .
There is an option that let you have the clic only in the phones mix , and the mono track panned dead center in the output mix ...
