Replacement cymbal rubber

Hi,

I'm in the UK and wondered where I can get replacement cymbal rubbers?

Also, on an additional cymbal I purchased separately, there is a rubber ring around the metallic cymbal, under the cover. This appears to have prevented splitting on the cymbal rubber - so not sure if you can buy those too?
