I got some of those double and triple-flange tips with my M6's. They work, but I thought that they were not so comfortable. I think the memory foam (Comforts) work better. It's all subjective though...

Some great chat guys and tips 👍
I finally settled on Sure 425's they are leaps and
Bounds more suitable than the 215's
No fitting issues loads of different plugs and bungs to attach depending
On the size of your lug holes and the sound is
Incredible I have keys guitars and a little vocal
Dribbled in as a guide then beautiful sounding
Drums crystal clear and because the noise cancelling works so
Well I can lower the volume and protect my
Lug holes.
Thanks for the tips n tricks guys :)

I changed the ear tips to the clear small flanged tips on those ones I built the DIY molds for earlier in the thread. They work perfect for me now. My ear is sealed off nicely, sounds great. For me I was having trouble with the foam tips because the IEMs were falling out of my ears and it was a bit of a hassle to get them in and seated just right. But with the flanged ear tips along with the custom molds ..... I can just stick em in and they fit snug, and stay....
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

FWIW, I use Alien Ears custom-molded IEMs. They are incredible! I purchased the 4-driver version at around $400. They sound fantastic and the fit is perfect. Huge fan!
