problem with hit hat and cymbals

Hello everyone, I am a new owner of 2box mk1 .I have already changed the kick and I'm setting the sounds in the kit but I have a problem with the cymbals and hithat. i have a peripheral area  of the cymbals where the sticks do not sound. the area is located in the part of the  dishes device about two, three centimeters from the edge. I also need to set the hithat in order to have the right sound when i lift my foot up.
Someone can 'tell me the correct settings of hit hat and the solution for the cymbals?
