Yeah, but only 3 velocity layers. There are a few VST expansions out there with Rotos. I have the ones from the BFD expansions, Imperial Drums, and Terry Bozzio. I prefer the Bozzio Rotos. But the ones from Chocolate Audio Imperial Drums even have Brushes, Mallets, Blades, Rods, as well as sticks.
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

The Decatoms are the DDrum Deccabons. Similar to Octabons.

On the subject of the Deccabons for BFD3, has anyone managed to export them with plenty of attack.

In BFD 3 there simply isn't enough attack on them!

I know what you mean, I have not been super happy with the default sounds of the Deccatoms, not what I would associate with the typical recorded Octabons of the old days. Shoot me a PM or email. I have done some exports where I drastically redid some of the mixer choices within BFD3 including increasing the overheads. Which in turn required adjusting the Main output to avoid clipping, etc ... The sound might be closer to what you are looking for not sure....

There are a couple Octabons in EZ drummer Reggae which aren't bad IMO. I built 8 out of that by re-tuning. J
