So I just ordered a 2box module, and to my horror(don't know why I didn't realize it) their are only 10 inputs for pads and cymbals. So I need more!!

Is it possible to use Alexis trigger IO? Or an Alexis sample rack? And link em? Any help :)

Alesis Trigger iO will not do any good. The MIDI in will access the same sounds as the pads connected to the inputs. So you cannot add more pads than what you can already have in the inputs. You can split all 4 of the tom inputs with a simple splitter like this:
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/YPP117/ So that gives you 4 additional single zones. You can also split the snare input, but most would rather have a dual zone snare since the rimshots are an important part of snare performance.
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

8 single zones(toms), 3 cymbal, HH, Kick, Snare. That's 14. How many do you need and for what? If you need more fully functioning 3z cymbals....buying another module (drumit5 or 3) is your only option. I use 2 Drumit5 modules and have more inputs than I'll ever need. Having 2 is well worth the extra investment.
