TOM 2 rim not working
« on: March 28, 2015, 08:51:45 PM »
I just got a brand new Drumit and after just a day, the 2nd tom doesn't appear to trigger on the rim... are there any experienced users that can offer tips or adjustments can be made or is it not working ?

Thanks

1. Check the cable.

2. Swap cables with a working tom to see if the problem is still there.

3. If yes than check the tom2 setting on your 2 box module (does it occur on one kit or all kits, did you silenced the rim, and so on).

4. Check the wiring and solders on the tom, you can do that by removing the rim.

Since it is only a cpl of days old you can also go back to the shop, 1 yr guarantee.

THANKS MURGEN... I was too early posting this ... it was just a cable.
I think for a kit this expensive the cables are poor quality,...

I am now back and working again CHEERS
