Hi, I switched on my drumit 5 module today to be greeted by the error message USB_disconnected.The module is now completely unresponsive and I'm left alittle clueless as to what to do about it. The module itself is completely unmodded and had worked superbly up until this point. Has anyone here had a similar error and if so what did they do to remedy it?

When you turn it on does it say something like USB_disconnected, No OS detected ....? It sounds like a problem with the internal SD card. Files corrupted maybe. You might want to contact 2Box for advice.

Have you tried to hook your module up to the computer via USB? Because if you can access the module/card content via USB you could attempt to remove the card content and start over with all new files either from a backup on your computer if you made one, or by downloading and installing from here: http://www.hyperactive.de/support/2box
If you do replace the files make sure you put the Drumit.dkit, Init, and .bin files on the Root (top of the card).
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

Most probably you have messed with the folders of the card, make sure you don't create any parent folder to put the contents of the card on it. I had the same error when I created a folder called 2boxdrumit5 and then all the subfolders on it. Also make sure you have the drumitinit.dkit and drumit.dkit files.
