Crashed SD-CARD / FAT_S_0512_C_16K

I was adding new sounds to the card yesterday. and then suddenly it crashed and all the file was gone when i booted it up again.

I tried to ad my backup files but i just got error codes, so i formated the card now when i have added all the files and i starting the modul up then the display just says:FAT_S_0512_C_16K

whats the problem? should i format the card in a different way?

I really need the help fast, i have a gig in 3 hours:-S

You need to format the card using 32K cluster size with this command:
Format E: /FS:FAT32 /A:32K
(where E: is your SD card reader drive letter)
