vga cuda support for vst's convolution reverbs
« on: March 12, 2014, 10:25:51 PM »
I think impulse response convolution reverb is amazing. I happened to come a crossed a guy that made a gpu impulse reverb vst, that used the nvidia cuda engine for super fast no latency processing of convolution reverb. I have a older gpu card nvidia 8500 gt that had cuda support, and was able to get this card working with his vst. I only paid like 35 dollars quite a few years back for this card. I think this technology would be be great for a future version of the 2box (3 box). I used some free version of bricasti's reverb, and they are amazing. I bet a hundred bucks that you could make a amazing kit with this tech. Plus adding this gpu to the 2box you could make a nice little display screen, in color!

Dobly
