"FAT error" anyone knows ?

Hi guys,
i formatted my SD card with my laptop (win7 64 bit) and now i can't load my OS because i have an error message on LCD screen of my 2box brain : "FAT Error" and i can't do anything (freezed screen)
is there a way to format this sd card with the 2box brain ?

With a card that is compatible you should never have to format to begin with. Since you already formatted. You never want to use the standard Windows formatting program to format. You need to format with this:

F**k ,
my sd card works great in my module but when i connect to my computer via usb there is a message error : "you have to format the disc before use" !!
anyone knows the solution ?
and it's the same with a new sd card i bought ..
BUT, when i connect the sd card directly in my computer, he recognizes it !
i really need some help, i'm on it since 2 days, i don't understand :-(

Once you install a >4 Gb card on your module, USB link does not work anymore. The way to add/delete new files onto your card is via direct card reading on the computer. That's why the card mod requires a SD expander cable, in order to gently manage your card data updates or modifications..
