2Box clamp with Gibraltar Rack ?

Hello, I was wondering if the 2Box original rack use 1"1/2 (around 38mm) diameter tubes so that a 2Box clamp like this : http://www.thomann.de/fr/2box_drumit_rackclamp.htm can fit on a Gibraltar rack tube ?

It seems that way but I prefer to be sure before buying.

those 2 will cost a lot less .... just need to drill 2 holes in the plastic holder to fit the 2box module .....
