Hi tom,

die Triggerlösung besteht aus ein Magnet, das 2box Konversion Box und velcro Tape für die Montierung and die hihat maschine, sprich die komplette Lösung ist dabei um ein anderes Hihat Controller mit dein 2box zu benutzen.

You can only use the MIDI IN or MIDI OUT jacks on the 2Box for exchanging MIDI info. USB does not transmit or receive MIDI on the 2Box module.

That's where 2box should work on for the next version, a modern USB port with the capabilities of sending midi and audio without the need for an audio interface. You know, like roland did with the td11, td15, td30 and now td-25 :P

There's a post on farce book from 2box saying: "I spy with my little eye something ending with Three....... ‪#‎Musikmesse2015"

Maybe they are hinting at the 2box MKThree?
it's strange that no one has even reported about this, maybe some swedish reporter has but I have found no further info on this...

never tried the DDT heads. Any comparisons, here, to roland, 682 drums, z ed, or pintech reactions, not digital drummer reviews, please. No offense, I suscribe, and love the mag. Jus t want to hear what the 2 box community has to say

I've only played roland, drum tec design and now ddt velocity. Roland is tennis effect at its peak, drum-tec is louder than roland but less tennis effect and less rebound, ddt velocity is still less rebound than roland and drum-tec and also quieter.

Do you plan to record midi or audio? or both?

Great, now the next step for you is to export some really nice drums with SDSE and a VST of your choice. :animal:

Thanks, I used Velcro dots to attach the module to a regular module plastic plate, then I mounted it on a cheap percussion stand like this http://www.justmusic.de/de-de/drums/elektronikdrums/e-drum-zubehoer/9130415/ps-100---stativ-staender-fuer-spd-sx.html?store=6 below the brain it's the pearl throne thumper amp mounted with a mapex multiclamp.

DrumIt 5 Hardware / Re: Strange error on boot

Hi, I switched on my drumit 5 module today to be greeted by the error message USB_disconnected.The module is now completely unresponsive and I'm left alittle clueless as to what to do about it. The module itself is completely unmodded and had worked superbly up until this point. Has anyone here had a similar error and if so what did they do to remedy it?

Most probably you have messed with the folders of the card, make sure you don't create any parent folder to put the contents of the card on it. I had the same error when I created a folder called 2boxdrumit5 and then all the subfolders on it. Also make sure you have the drumitinit.dkit and drumit.dkit files.

You'd be better off putting your stuff on feebay, this forum is a bit slow for sales...
