I just got a jobeky snare me as they were making it they rang to ask what kind of module I had.
When I said 2box they mounted the sensor to the side and I works perfectly.
If you do order be sure to add in the notes it's for a 2box.
I've also go one of there real feel cymbals and I genuinely love it lol
Getting 2 more next payday.
Just a pitty about the stupid hi-hat, what should be reasonably cheap becomes expensive when you have to buy and 42box conversion box so I'm gonna be keeping hold of the 2box hi hat as I can't justify spending £250 plus on a hi hat that should cost £116.

DrumIt 5 Hardware / The mix in input won't work!
January 14, 2017, 03:14:03 PM
Hey guys you're all pretty knowledgable so I figured I'd ask here.
I've been playing to music via connecting to my phone but recently it won't register.
I've tried everything I can think of, checked my phones audio input bought a new cable and even a new 6.35 to 3.55mm adaptor and it still won't work.
Are there any other ways to connect?
Or is it an easy fix?
It's still under warranty but I really don't wanna have to send it off.
Any top tips would be greatly appreciated.
It's fun to practice but i miss playing to music.

DrumIt 5 Hardware / Alternates to 2box cymbals
November 22, 2016, 07:34:55 PM
Had a bit of a search but couldn't find anything.
Are there any cymbals I can get that will work with 2box whilst miles ping all 3 zones?
I like Roland cymbals but I know I'd have to sacrifice one of the zones and I don't want that so what are the alternatives?

If no one wants them on here I'll never get rid lol

Recently got one of these and it is great but it's just not for me.
Time to kick the drumming dream and be a grown up.
I'm looking for £1600 as it cost me £1700.
There's no box but if anyone is interested I can upload some images.

One last thing, how many additional cymbals and drums pads can I add to the 2box.
When I purchased it I was under the impression quite a few however looking at the unit it only says cymbal 1-3 and toms 1-4.
Yet there are still plenty of unused plugs on the back of the module.

Took me awhile but I get most of it. Got everything set up as I want and got things saving.
My latest issue is the bass drum pad.
I'm getting a lot of double triggering due to the bounce of the mesh.
Anything I can do to counter this?
I've tried adjusting the sensitivity and gain but to no effect.
What can I do to stop the damn thing wobbling?

Hey I just got a 2box a few months ago after having Roland for years.
2box sound much better but I'm having so many issues I need help.
Finally got round to doing the software update last weekend and downloaded some more kits off the 2box site.
However when I use a new sample sound it won't let me save the kit.
So now every time I turn it on I have to change all the toms and cymbals to what I like. It's really frustrating.
Also I can't seem to get the bass drum to go loud enough.
It triggers fine but I feel it needs to be louder and as far as I can tell the volume for bass is at max.
I'm really starting to wonder if this is for me.
The drums sound so much better than Roland but user interface is a pain.
If anyone can give me any top tips.
I see a lot of threads regarding technical stuff but it means nothing to me.
The worst part is I truly thought I was alright at computers and technology ha

Unfortunately I'm not willing to sell just the beater.
Sorry!

I am willing to ship outside the uk.

Bit random but I'm a 2box newbie to.
Having some issues was hoping someone could help.
Got mine last week and after spending a week getting it set up and learning how to tweak and improve sensitivity etc I finally invite my friend over for a jam.
Half way through the hihat decided it wanted to constantly trigger and I can't figure out how to stop it.
Even does it when nothing is being hit.
Also the snare stopped responding.
I love the sounds of the toms and snare and hihat but the cymbals are terrible.
Kinda the opposite of the Roland td25kv.
What am I doing wrong?
Can anyone help.

Who are these people?
I've been reading reviews from 2012 and they aren't all that good.
My td-25 is up on eBay now so I've commuted lol
Sounds like there are a lot of hacks and tricks on the 2box.
Are these all easy to do?
Also will I need to buy new cables to connect everything to the module?
Does the 2box have a record function?
If I sell my Roland cymbals and buy 2box ones will the 2box ones attach to the Roland brackets?
