Hi Guys,

I am tweaking my Drumit Three but wanted to start with taking it back to all stock settings, kits, etc. and make sure all the original files are there since i bought it second hand. I know there was a link for an original Drumit Three stock download but can't find it. Does anyone have a link?

I figured i would post these here for edrummers that have racks since its the same clamps that Drumtec uses for the new wire-through racks. I decided since i had 2 racks to keep the lighter weight black Roland rack that i had and scratch my plans for a wire-through chrome rack, i just have too much stuff and spend too much money already. I never even took them out of the box except for the pics.

$100 shipped for all 6 in the continental US.

Hi Guys,

I have a 2box Drumit 3 and realized there is a loose screw in it (card mod was already done but not by me). Does anyone have pics/instructions on how to just take the top off so i can get the screw and put it back in place? I just want to make sure i don't damage anything before taking it apart. I did unscrew the 4 screws but wasn't sure if there is any special way to take it apart after this step as it still seemed to take some force to take apart and didn't want to break anything.

Thanks!

I just recently got my hands on a 2box Drumit Three. I haven't even had time to take it out of the box and going through some GAS with my setup, moving things around. I am trying to decided on the best hihat for the 2box Drumit Three. I currently own the 2box Hihat, anybody have a recommendation on what setup would perform the best (money is no object :P)?

I would like something that is rubber to keep the noise down but i realize 2 piece hihats are kind of noisy as well. I would also like something bigger then 12" too. I really wish the ATV hihat worked with the module but it seems there will be compatibility issues with it. It seems no matter what there will have to be a comprise somewhere and i'd rather it not be with the performance of the hihat.

These are the options i am considering:

Go-edrum controller with a bigger size top cymbal, such as a CY13 or CY14, ATV 14" Crash...
VH11
VH12
VH13

I would consider the Yamaha RH135 but i believe there is a hardware limitation to the number of "steps" for samples and don't want to have this limitation. I can also just stick with the 2box hihat since there are all 12" sizes anyway but hear the performance is better with the roland hihats.

So the question is, what is the best hihat setup for the 2box drumit three? help!!

DrumIt 5 Hardware / ATV Cymbal with 2box Drumit 5
November 11, 2017, 03:33:16 PM
I know most likely there isn't much info on this but debating getting an ATV 16" cymbal to use as a ride with my 2box Drumit 5. I was going to set it as one would the CY15r and hope for the best. Anybody think of a reason why it wouldn't work? I would go for the 18" but keep thinking about getting the full aDrums setup in the future and would have purchased an extra 16" to have 2 anyway with the standard kit.

Possibly new module in the future, AD5, Pearl Mimic or Dumit 3 if it ever comes out :)

DrumIt 5 Hardware / 2box Cymbal Issue
December 01, 2014, 01:01:20 AM
Hey guys, i am having a small problem with one of my 2box cymbals. It seems there maybe a wiring issue with it because if i increase the threshold to 40 it starts randomly triggering without me hitting it. You think this is a loose solder issue before i take the box apart? Anybody else have this before or have any advice?
