Does anyone here have 2Box MIDI presets for SD2 that they would be happy to share? I have searched previous posts but links look to be dead now.
I just have the stock kit but keen to add a third cymbal soon.
My software is Superior Drummer 2.4 I think and also have the Metal Foundry SDX

It's quite easy to create a MIDI map in SD2 (in SD3 its available as a preset). I have the 3-cymbal setup and what I did was to assign 3 different crashes to each of the two 2box-crashes (1 each edge, surface, bell).

You put it in folder:
user/(your user)/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Superior2/PresetsEZX/MidiPresets/
To use the map - in SD2 window, select the MAPPING tab, and then drop-down-menu Presets (just above the "keyboard") , select MIDI, then User Presets, then 2boxMIDIforSD2
