I don't want to start a speculating topic like on other forums, but when will the first kits arrive?
Latest news was the kits (pads and racks) were shipped to several countries 2 weeks ago
and last week the modules should be loaded with software in Sweden
Then they should be shipped to the dealers as well (this week?)
Any news?

"I think the first kits will end up at the distributor next week and then of course it's a matter of days."

Fair enough :). I reckon Bengt is buying himself 2 weeks' time with the comment as there are obviously a lot of variables involved in getting products into shops. By my reckoning we're looking at 29 July at the earliest.

But I am afraid it will be Germany. The dealer is located there
Fortunately I bought my kit in Germany ...
But don´t forget Great Britain, there are many Shop´s who offers the Kit since a few months, the same like here in Germany..and I think there are still Drummers in Sweden, Norwegen and Denmark, aren´t they? ;)

They have just arrived! I have used ddrum4 previously and I got my set today! However, I can tell this is something else. Much more acoustic feeling and much easier to handle. You will not be dissapointed! Still there are room fore some improvements but it will vipe the floor with the rest!
I also know for sure that almost 300 sets are shipped from Sweden this week.

Congrats NoOne. I am so excited that you guys are finally going to be able to experience the kit.
Please remember that this is the launch software. The guys at 2box are not the kind of people to just sit back once something has shipped. There will be updates with the OS that will only make this kit better.
Saying that, i truly believe that people will not be disappointed once they receive their kits, and start playing it.
The D, we will be receiving our Units in the UK either Tuesday or Wednesday, and once they are through the door, we will make sure they ship out to the stores on the same day.

I agree, one post and then gone. I think it must have been a bad joke.
I don't wish to be negative but I'm starting to think something is wrong. I can understand why the kits would take time to arrive in the uk, due to shipping distance etc, but the fact they are still not on sale in places that are a days drive away seems a bit odd.
I hope I'm wrong and if Scot from hand in hand could shed any light on why we still aren't seeing kits in stores in any country, I'd be very grateful.
Anyway, not much choice but to keep waiting.

The kit is available in France, and is on display in a Paris shop since saturday (couldn't try it myself though, they were still setting it up when I went there).

The kits will be hitting this week. The Unit shipments were staggered all last week, so i think a few of the countries will be receiving their shipments over the next few days. Unfortunately this all takes time, and different distributors work in different ways. Some will work it so that the day they get the kits they will be shipped straight out, and others will like to have other things in place before they are sent out.
Over the next couple of months production will constantly increase so that we can supplying stores in bigger quantities, and start meeting more of the demand.
So all i can say to people is sit tight, everything is happening, and things will improve over the coming weeks with stock. I will do all i can to keep you guys in the picture as to what is happening ;D

My one burning question Scot, do you think I have any chance of getting my pre ordered kit this week?
I don't mind if not, but the expectation is killing me and I'd rather know if it's going to be delayed, then I can stop waiting for the call.
My god, it sounds like I have nothing better to do than think about a drum kit.
How sad am i ;).

I know exactly how you feel, we have been waiting for 3 years now. It has been a long journey, but i am happy to say that there is finally light at the end of the tunnel ;D
