Just received my new module and hihat and have found a strange issue with the hihat.
With the hihat closed, If I hit the edge of the hihat, subsequent bow hits trigger the edge sound. If I then open the hihat and close it again then bow hits trigger fine until I hit the edge?
So it seems that it isn't the switch being continually engaged but perhaps a software bug or even worse a hihat controller board issue? Granted I didn't calibrate the hats - they seemed to work well enough out of the box. I'll try a calibration tonight but was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on the issue.

calibrating the hihat ist the 1st thing you should do, just have a look into the guide.
