Module stand/arm...

Has anyone else had this happen?
The holes on the plate section have bent out to become bigger than the screws that hold it in place. This just makes the brain fall off the arm. If you look at the photo you can see what I mean.

Why did it bend out?
Is there any force applied to the plate section?
I mean: it can change automatically

I have no idea. It was okay, and then module starting wobbling so I tried to straighten it up and then it just fell off in my hand.

Perhaps the screws were tightened too much? This could cause threading of the screw and even damage to the plate holes so that is a possiblity...
