HELP Where are the Bass drumm tension screws?

New kit received - for the life of me I cannot find the 4 screws that connect the kick drum to the mounting plate. 5 screws came for the leg mounts but I cannot find the 4 screws for the bass drum.  Where are they?  checked everywhere.

I'm fairly sure mine were in the mounting plate already, could be wrong though.

No - the screws for the leg mounts were in a package and not on the legs and there was the correct number. I am digging and will re-dig I guess but I don't think they are here.

The instructions say the support posts have the key screws in the posts they are not - They are in a bag and there a five for each post. No Bass drum (4) key screws to mount to the plate anywhere. I snagged some from an old electronic pad that fit. Moving on.....
